We are seeking an accomplished packaging leader to spearhead the end‑to‑end packaging development agenda at Havells—driving innovation, elevating consumer experience, and shaping the next generation of sustainable, future‑ready packaging solutions.
🔹 Lead end‑to‑end packaging innovation (Discover → Design → Develop → Validate)
🔹 Manage a 12+ member expert team across Technical Design, Reprography, Lab & Sustainability
🔹 Deliver 500+ NPI packaging specs annually with “First Time Right” excellence
🔹 Drive VAVE initiatives with ~5% annual cost savings
🔹 Ensure 100% compliance: LMR, PWM & BIS across all SKUs
🔹 Reduce COPQ & transit damages through advanced lab validation
🔹 Lead sustainability roadmap & packaging digitalization (PLM implementation)
🔹 Standardize packaging processes for 17,000+ SKUs
🔹 Require 15+ years of packaging innovation experience (consumer goods preferred)
🔹 PGD in Packaging (IIP) + Engineering/Chemistry background preferred
