Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Packaging Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling packaging documentation, artwork coordination, QMS activities, and BOM preparation while ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle QMS-related activities including initiation, tracking, and closure of Change Controls.
- Coordinate artwork approvals with Cross Functional Teams (CFTs).
- Manage shade card approvals in coordination with internal departments.
- Maintain and control approved PKD-related documents such as artworks, shade cards, specifications, and BOMs.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and calculate packing material requirements for production batches.
- Ensure proper documentation control and adherence to GMP/QMS practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of packaging development activities.
- Support packaging-related compliance and documentation activities.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of packaging materials and pharmaceutical packaging processes.
- Familiarity with QMS/GMP documentation practices will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Qualification:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / Diploma or any relevant qualification
