At Innovist, we build brands that stand out. We are looking for a Packaging Designer who can turn ideas into packaging that grabs attention, tells a story, and reflects the brand’s personality. If you understand how design influences buying decisions and love creating packaging that people want to pick up instantly, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Design innovative and visually striking packaging for skincare and personal care products.
- Translate brand concepts and product ideas into compelling packaging designs.
- Work closely with brand, product, and marketing teams to ensure design consistency across products.
- Create print-ready artwork for labels, cartons, tubes, and bottles.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure designs are production-ready.
- Stay updated with packaging trends, materials, and sustainable solutions in the beauty and D2C space.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in beauty, skincare, or D2C brands.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Understanding of packaging materials, print processes, and structural design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing packaging and branding work.
- Someone who pays attention to details but also thinks big when it comes to design impact.
