Job Description – Senior Graphic Designer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in label and packaging design. This role involves handling end-to-end label design execution, ensuring compliance accuracy, and managing a small team of designers.
The candidate will also play a critical role in coordinating with Compliance and Logistics teams to ensure all artworks meet regulatory standards and are production-ready.

Key Responsibilities
● Create and deliver high-quality product labels and packaging designs as per brand guidelines
● Ensure all designs are 100% error-free, print-ready, and compliant with regulatory requirements
● Review, proofread, and validate all label artworks before final submission
● Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 designers, including task allocation, feedback, and training on label design best practices
● Act as a point of contact between Design, Compliance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth communication and approvals
● Handle multiple SKUs and ensure consistency across markets and product ranges
● Maintain proper version control and documentation for all label creatives
● Work on tight deadlines and ensure fast turnaround time without compromising quality
● Continuously improve internal workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
● 4–7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on label and packaging design ● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects are a plus).
● Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print media.
● Hands-on experience in designing product labels, packaging artworks, and print files
● Understanding of print production processes (bleed, dielines, color modes, etc.)
● Basic to good understanding of label compliance and regulatory requirements
● Experience in industries like FMCG / Pharma / Nutraceutical / Healthcare is preferred
● Prior experience in handling or mentoring a small team is an advantage
● Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
● A keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence.
