🚀 Hiring: Enterprise Packaging & Labeling Project Analyst (Remote | CST Shift)
We are looking for an Enterprise Packaging and Labeling Project Analyst (Contingent Worker) to support enterprise-level packaging and labeling initiatives following a large-scale corporate brand transition. This role is ideal for someone with strong packaging graphics experience who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
📍 Location: Remote

🧩 What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional global teams to support packaging artwork updates and labeling execution. Your contributions will directly support brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support production and execution of artwork and design adaptations for packaging and labeling projects (simple to moderate complexity)
- Ensure artwork accuracy and consistency by adhering to established packaging guidelines
- Pull and manage artwork files, redlines, and documentation related to packaging changes
- Manage artwork routing, approvals, and timelines to meet defined deadlines
- Create, edit, and update label templates using Loftware Spectrum and NiceLabel
- Maintain and update label data within SAP
- Validate, route, and approve labels
- Enter packaging project data into Loftware and Smartflow to initiate vendor work
- Work within defined systems, tools, and processes while adapting to shifting priorities
🎯 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years of packaging graphics experience
- OR
- High School Diploma with 2+ years of packaging graphics experience
- Experience in the creative, printing, or packaging graphics industry
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Background in design, art production, or graphic arts
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and uniform packaging laws
- Experience in the healthcare or regulated packaging industry
- Ability to manage high volumes of work with tight timelines
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools
