Summary
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their integration capabilities.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
