Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features and manage releases effectively. You will ensure system stability while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, all while maintaining compatibility and performance. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience throughout the process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide feedback on application features.
- Conduct testing and validation of application configurations to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Angular.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Familiarity with usability testing and user research techniques to gather insights for design improvements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
