Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and system efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
- Familiarity with integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to enhance application functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain system reliability.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and version control to ensure smooth deployments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
