Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications are key to sustaining seamless operations and delivering value to users.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of application updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using APIs and connectors within the Mulesoft ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including deployment, version control, and release management.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in customizing packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and optimize configurations for enhanced stability and scalability.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving methodologies related to application support.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
