Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement solutions using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document processes and configurations to support knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding application features and troubleshooting techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying data integration and transformation solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services.
- Strong understanding of data workflows, ETL processes, and data quality management.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality and integration.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for data integration packages.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to packaged or SaaS applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
