Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and efficiently to meet organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user requirements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration.
- Experience with application performance monitoring and optimization.
- Strong understanding of APIs and low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with packaged software deployment and management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
