Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Package Consultant specializing in Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll. The position is located in Kolkata, where you will collaborate with clients to design, configure, and deliver solutions tailored to their Workday environment. Responsibilities include conducting requirement workshops, designing process workflows, configuring Workday solutions, analyzing and resolving system issues, and ensuring alignment with client needs. You will also provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure seamless adoption of the solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll configuration, optimization, and implementation
- Proficiency in business analysis, business process design, and requirements gathering
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, data analysis, and system troubleshooting
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration
- Ability to conduct training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing with client teams
- Experience with HCM solutions or similar systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Workday Certification in Absence, Time Tracking, or Payroll is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with HR-related compliance and best practices is an added advantage
