Introduction
As a Graduate SAP HANA SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant, you will be part of the SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C) team responsible for implementing and supporting sales order management, pricing, shipping, and billing processes using SAP S/4HANA. You will collaborate with business users across sales, logistics, and finance to ensure efficient customer order processing and revenue recognition.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Support implementation and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, covering:
- Master Data Management (Customer and Material Masters)
- Sales Order Processing and Delivery Management
- Pricing, Discounts, and Tax Configuration
- Billing and Integration with Financial Accounting (FI)
- Credit Management and Revenue Accounting
- Logistics Execution and Integration with MM/PP
- Assist in requirement gathering, business process documentation, and system configuration.
- Participate in testing (unit/integration), data migration, and user training.
- Support business teams in resolving day-to-day transactional and configuration issues.
- Learn and apply SAP best practices for order-to-cash and sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across modules (FI, MM, PP, CO).
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materia
Education
Required technical and professional expertise
- BE/B.Tech in any Engineering discipline with interest in business processes
Preferred Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution or SAP ECC SD modules.
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes — from quotation to invoicing.
- Familiarity with sales pricing, shipping, and billing flows.
- Awareness of integration points with FI, MM, and PP modules.
- Good knowledge of Excel, reporting, and data analysis.

- SAP S/4HANA MM Customization: Exposure to customizing SAP S/4HANA MM solutions to meet specific client requirements, including designing and implementing tailored solutions.
- Advanced Supply Chain Optimization: Experience working with clients to optimize their procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations, improving overall supply chain efficiency.
- SAP S/4HANA MM Integration: Familiarity with integrating SAP S/4HANA MM systems with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless functionality.
