Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant: SAP Concur, you will implement and configure SAP Concur solutions for clients, serving as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system to analyze business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP Concur solutions to meet client needs, leveraging business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions.
- Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to achieve client expectations, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation in all interactions.
- Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to design and configure solutions that meet client needs, utilizing business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- SAP Concur Solution Expertise: Deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in SAP Concur solutions, including configuration and implementation to meet client needs.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Experience with analyzing business requirements to design and configure solutions, utilizing business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise.
- Techno-Functional Solution Design: Experience in designing and configuring solutions that effectively integrate packaged technology solutions to achieve client expectations.
- Project Delivery Leadership: Experience in leading project delivery, ensuring successful implementation and meeting client needs, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
- Industry Knowledge Application: Experience in applying business and industry knowledge to develop and implement comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Comprehensive Solution Development: Experience with designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations, leveraging knowledge of SAP Concur solutions and industry expertise to drive business outcomes.
