Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Design and deliver Extracts & interfaces for Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud by tailoring configurations, orchestrations, and controls that directly serve Development & Integration / HCM Extracts outcomes. Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud for cross-application orchestration, BI Publisher for governed outputs, OTBI for analytic insight, and FBDI/HDL/ADFdi for structured data movement; standardize governance with FSM export/import and controlled promotion. Build HCM Extracts with bursting and delivery channels (SFTP/UCM); parameterize extract definitions; orchestrate with OIC; secure via roles; validate with test harness data. Incorporate niche capabilities such as elements & balances, Fast Formula, LDG, costing, retro pay, payroll flows; and extend with HCM Extract, validation reports, third-party integrations, localization rules. Codify acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (throughput, latency, resilience, privacy). Implement observability with metrics, logs, and alerts; establish rollback plans and dry-run cutovers; and enable knowledge transfer with SOPs, RACI, hands-on labs, and role-based guides.
