Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant for Oracle Cloud HCM, you will lead the implementation of business processes within the Oracle HCM Core HR, Self Services module & Security. Your expertise in business processes and systems will enable you to design, configure, and customize the product to meet client needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead Implementation Efforts: Lead the implementation of business processes within the Oracle HCM Core HR, Self Services module & Security, applying expertise in business processes and systems to design, configure, and customize the product.
- Identify and Address Gaps: Understand business requirements, identify gaps, and recommend leading practice solutions to enhance process efficiencies and reduce future maintenance efforts.
- Educate Clients: Educate clients on Oracle HCM best practices and provide guidance on how to effectively utilize the system.
- Conduct Application Testing: Create functional designs and prototypes, and conduct application testing to ensure the product meets client needs.
- Provide Project Updates: Provide engagement managers with status reports to keep them informed of the project's overall progress.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Deep Expertise in Oracle HCM: Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Core HR, Self Services module & Security, including design, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements.
- Business Process Implementation: Experience leading the implementation of business processes within Oracle HCM, including gap analysis and recommendation of leading practice solutions to enhance process efficiencies.
- Functional Design and Testing: Experience creating functional designs and prototypes, and conducting application testing to ensure product meets client needs.
- Oracle HCM Best Practices: Experience educating clients on Oracle HCM best practices and providing guidance on effective system utilization.
- Consulting and Project Management: Experience managing projects and providing engagement managers with status reports to inform project progress.
