Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will specialize in integrating Dynamics 365 modules into a client's business environment and be responsible for the selection, configuration, testing, and support of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop Functional Design Documents: Create detailed design documents that outline the functional requirements of the Dynamics 365 application, ensuring alignment with the client's business needs.
- Configure and Customize Application: Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 application to meet the client's business requirements, demonstrating out-of-box features and validating developed requirements.
- Perform Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis and requirement mapping to identify client needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Plan Master Data Preparation: Plan and prepare master data for the Dynamics 365 application, ensuring seamless integration with the client's business environment.
- Train Client Resources: Train the client's resources on the Dynamics 365 application, providing end-user manuals and conducting end-user training sessions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations: Proven ability to integrate Dynamics 365 modules into a client's business environment, with expertise in selecting, configuring, testing, and supporting the application.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Configuration: Skilled in configuring and customizing the Dynamics 365 application to meet client business requirements, including demonstrating out-of-box features and validating developed requirements.
- Experience with Business Analysis: Adept at conducting business analysis and requirement mapping to identify client needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Experience with Master Data Preparation: Knowledgeable about planning and preparing master data for the Dynamics 365 application, ensuring seamless integration with the client's business environment.
- Experience with End-User Training: Proven ability to train client resources on the Dynamics 365 application, creating end-user manuals and conducting end-user training sessions.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Advanced Consulting Skills: Experience with developing and delivering tailored solutions to clients, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to drive business outcomes.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific business processes and practices, enabling effective integration of Dynamics 365 modules into clients' business environments.
- Technical Documentation: Exposure to creating technical documentation, such as functional design documents, to support solution development and client understanding.
