Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, you will specialize in integrating Dynamics 365 modules into a client's business environment and be responsible for the selection, configuration, testing, and support of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations application. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Configure and Customize Application: Configure and customize the Dynamics 365 application to meet the client's business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Perform Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis and requirement mapping to identify client needs and develop functional design documents that meet those needs.
- Plan Master Data Preparation: Plan master data preparation and perform upgrade assessments to ensure successful implementation of the Dynamics 365 application.
- Develop and Deliver Training: Develop end-user manuals and conduct end-user training to ensure clients can effectively utilize the Dynamics 365 application.
- Validate and Test Solutions: Validate developed requirements, perform acceptance testing, and demonstrate out-of-box features to ensure solutions meet client needs.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Configuration: Exposure to configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements, including integrating with existing systems and processes.
- Business Analysis and Requirement Mapping: Experience with conducting business analysis and requirement mapping to identify client needs and develop functional design documents.
- Master Data Preparation and Upgrade Assessments: Experience with planning master data preparation and performing upgrade assessments to ensure successful implementation of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Functional Design Document Development: Experience with developing functional design documents that meet client business requirements and support the implementation of Dynamics 365 applications.
- Application Testing and Validation: Experience with validating developed requirements, performing acceptance testing, and demonstrating out-of-box features to ensure solutions meet client needs.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Dynamics 365 Integration Knowledge: Exposure to integrating Dynamics 365 modules into a client's business environment, including experience with data migration and system integration.
- Business Process Understanding: Experience working with business processes, including financial and operational processes, to understand client needs and develop solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Exposure to managing client relationships, including experience with client communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
