Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant, also known as an Industry Package Consultant, you will specialize in integrating packaged technology solutions into a client's business environment, leveraging your extensive business knowledge and package expertise to achieve the client's desired business outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of technology systems that support the client's core business functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implement Package Solutions: Integrate packaged technology solutions into clients' business environments, utilizing proficiency in various Tier-2 ERP and MES systems, such as Infor, Apriso Flexnet, IFS, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, and BPCS.
- Leverage Business Knowledge: Apply extensive business knowledge to achieve clients' desired business outcomes, ensuring successful implementation and integration of technology systems.
- Support Core Business Functions: Ensure technology systems support clients' core business functions, providing expertise in packaged technology solutions to meet business needs.
- Deliver Solution Expertise: Provide solution delivery expertise, leveraging package expertise to meet clients' business requirements.
- Collaborate with Clients: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, delivering packaged technology solutions that meet their requirements.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in Tier-2 ERP Systems: Exposure to various Tier-2 enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including Infor, Apriso Flexnet, IFS, Maconomy, Notes/Domino, and BPCS.
- MES Systems Knowledge: Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support clients' core business functions.
- Packaged Technology Integration: Exposure to integrating packaged technology solutions into clients' business environments to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Business Knowledge Application: Experience applying business knowledge to ensure successful implementation and integration of technology systems.
- Solution Delivery Expertise: Exposure to delivering solution expertise, leveraging package expertise to meet clients' business requirements.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Additional ERP System Knowledge: Exposure to other Tier-2 ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, can be beneficial in supporting clients' diverse business needs.
- Advanced MES Systems: Experience working with specialized MES systems, such as those used in specific industries, can provide valuable expertise in meeting clients' unique business requirements.
- Industry-Specific Knowledge: Exposure to industry-specific business processes and practices can enhance the ability to deliver tailored packaged technology solutions that meet clients' distinct needs.
