Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in Commerce Transformation, you will implement and configure packaged commerce solutions that enable organizations to modernize their digital sales channels and deliver seamless customer experiences. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders to assess requirements and deploy enterprise-grade commerce platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Configure Platform Modules: Configure product catalogs, pricing engines, promotions, checkout flows, and customer account management to meet complex business needs and align with omnichannel strategies.
- Support Solution Delivery: Ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization by supporting data migration, testing, training, and post-implementation optimization.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to assess requirements, integrate commerce systems with broader enterprise ecosystems, and tailor solutions to meet business needs.
- Optimize Solutions: Ensure packaged solutions are scalable for growth, optimized for performance and agility, and aligned with business strategies.
- Deliver Seamless Customer Experiences: Streamline operations and deliver seamless customer experiences across touchpoints by leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities and customizing solutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Commerce Platform Configuration: Experience with configuring product catalogs, pricing engines, promotions, checkout flows, and customer account management to meet complex business needs.
- Enterprise Commerce Deployment: Experience in deploying enterprise-grade, cloud-based commerce platforms, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities, and tailoring them to meet business needs.
- Omnichannel Strategy Alignment: Experience with aligning packaged commerce solutions with omnichannel strategies, ensuring scalability for growth, and optimizing for performance and agility.
- Data Migration and Integration: Experience with data migration, testing, training, and post-implementation optimization to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
- Commerce System Integration: Experience with integrating commerce systems with broader enterprise ecosystems, tailoring solutions to meet business needs, and collaborating with stakeholders to assess requirements.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Cloud-Based Commerce Platforms: Experience with cloud-based commerce platforms, including deployment and configuration, is beneficial for this role.
