Key responsibilities: 1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & Google 2. Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for lead generation & ROI 3. Collaborate on content strategies for brand awareness and conversions 4. Create basic creatives using tools like Canva (Graphic design skills are a bonus!)
