Product Designer

We're hiring a Product Designer who brings a sharp eye for design, a deep understanding of U.S. trends, and a passion for making everyday products beautiful. You'll work on items ranging from printed goods, such as planners and notebooks, to home storage products, taking each from concept sketch to print-ready file. This is a Full-Time remote role, starting at 20 hours per week during the first month. We are looking for a Product Designer specifically with these requirements: 2–5 years of experience designing printed products or physical goods Deep familiarity with what sells in the U.S. mass market (color, pattern, packaging trends) A strong portfolio including both client and personal projects Expert-level Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills Excellent written English and solid verbal communication Ability to understand and design for our core customer Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage multiple design projects on tight timelines Your responsibility will include (but not limited to): Designing beautiful, on-brand products from concept to final artwork Translating U.S. trend insights into appealing, cost-effective product designs Collaborating with internal teams to meet quality, timeline, and revenue goals Iterating on designs based on feedback to deliver polished final products Participating in brainstorming sessions and helping to shape future collections Growing into a design leadership role as the team expands
