Rogue Valley Manor is seeking qualified and compassionate CNAs to join our healthcare team for our health center (SNF/LTC). Come join our dynamic and passionate healthcare team!
Wages: $22.00 - $29.57 / hour DOE
*Shift Differentials for NOC & Weekends*
Schedules Available:
- Full Time Eve 2pm-10pm Sunday thru Thursday
- Full Time Eve 2pm-10pm Tuesday thru Saturday

Responsibilities:

Understand the importance of resident rights in healthcare as well as the community as a whole, and advocate for operations, processes, and decisions that are in residents’ best interests.
Promote resident independence to the greatest degree possible.
Develop knowledge on state and federal regulations and community policies and procedures.
Be constantly aware of safety and follow up on identified risks.
Communicate with residents, families and team members effectively and individualize communication to accommodate resident specific needs.
Adhere to the CNA authorized duties set forth by the State Board of Nursing.
Assist residents as needed in all activities of daily living using guidelines set forth in Service Plan. Review plans for all residents before beginning care, organize your workload to be efficient but attentive, report changes immediately, document care provided as soon as possible.
Complete assigned duties such as, but not limited to taking assigned vital signs, showers, socialization time with residents, mealtime duties, maintaining neat resident spaces, medication administration, and replenishing supplies.
Attend all required in-services and training in compliance with state and federal guidelines and facility protocols. Support current certification with any required continuing education.
Participate on the resident care team by identifying personal preferences of residents, maintaining the highest achievable level of functioning, and informing nursing leadership with critical information.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a nursing home or senior living facility.
Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from the State Board of Nursing.
Current and valid CPR and first aid certification.
Knowledge of electronic medical records and clinical software systems.
