Location: 5176 Hill Road East, Lakeport, California 95453,None,None

  1. No residents
  2. 25 bed hospital (4 ICU beds)
  3. 4 FTE's
  4. 1 hospitalist 24/7 in house
  5. 7 on 7 off schedule with half shifts day, half shifts night
  6. Census 10-15
  7. Hospitalist runs ICU, no intensivist on site
  8. Preferable to be able to do central lines and intubations, but not necessary
  9. House on hospital property provided by PIMG
