General Daily Tasks Include:
- Handle inbound calls from homeowners actively seeking siding, roofing, or exterior services
- Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and past inquiries
- Ask the right questions to understand homeowner needs, timelines, and motivation
- Educate customers on our services and what to expect during their consultation
- Schedule qualified, confirmed appointments for the outside sales team
- Accurately document call notes and customer details in the CRM
- Consistently hit or exceed appointment and conversion goals
- Represent the company professionally and confidently on every call
- Misc. tasks as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Comfortable handling objections and steering calls toward a booked appointment
- Strong phone presence with clear, confident communication skills
- Natural ability to build rapport and guide conversations
- Sales-minded mindset with a customer-first approach
- Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Experience in call centers, inside sales, appointment setting, or retail sales is a plus—but not required
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly
Base Pay: $25.00/hour, supplemented by bonuses averaging $4-$16/hour.
Physical Setting: In Office, M-F, 9:00am-6:00pm
