Pacific BMW is looking to hire an Auto Parts and Lifestyle Boutique Representative responsible for providing assistance to clients coming to purchase BMW parts and accessories. This position reports to the Parts Manager. The department hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm & Saturday from 8am-5pm. This is a full-time, 40-hour position that pays $20 an hour, non-negotiable and non-commission-based.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail experience
- Excellent auto parts knowledge
- BMW experience is preferred
- Ability to safely lift 25+ lbs on a regular basis
- Computer-savvy
- 3 years with a U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Bilingual is preferred: Armenian, Korean, Tagalog or Spanish
Physical Requirements
- Surroundings: The Parts Retail Counter is indoors in an air-conditioned area
- Regularly: sitting in front of a desktop, grabbing objects with hands, lifting heavy objects, pushing and pulling
- Frequently: walking, climbing stairs, bending, twisting and/or stooping, kneeling and/or squatting, reaching and/or lifting overhead
Job-Specific Duties Include:
- Greet and assist clients visiting the Parts Lifestyle Boutique by selling parts, accessories and lifestyle products
- Process orders and requests for information via phone, email, and in-person
- Receive payments and make sure all parts and items are billed correctly through the retail counter
- Receive and sign for packages arriving from third parties and route them to the correct recipients
- Utilize the online catalog to identify and order BMW parts accurately
- Stock parts and accessories in the proper location
- Crosstrain with our E-commerce team to ensure clients' orders are accurate and shipped on time
- Assist with packaging and shipping items sold
- Assist with perpetual inventory, as needed
- Utilize safe work habits when handling hazmat and carrying heavy equipment
