  • Implement advanced audience targeting and keyword strategies to maximize conversions.
  • A/B test ad creatives to identify top-performing content.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
  • Regularly update and optimize website content for user experience and organic traffic.

Email Marketing & Retention

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies for better engagement.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Budget Management: Effectively allocate digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI while exploring cost-effective advertising opportunities.

What You Bring - Your Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty/cosmetics industry.
  • Tech-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Creative Thinker: Ability to craft innovative marketing ideas that make an impact.
