Job Title: Coding Educator for Kids

Job Overview:

We are looking to onboard a Coding Educator for Kids who can deliver engaging and easy-to-understand programming lessons for school-age learners. The role focuses on building strong foundational skills in coding through interactive and simplified teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver coding lessons tailored for school-age students
  

• Teach fundamental concepts such as logic building, problem-solving, and basic programming
  

• Create engaging content using tools like Scratch or other beginner-friendly platforms
  

• Record video lectures or conduct live sessions in a clear and interactive manner
  

• Develop structured lesson plans aligned with student learning levels
  

• Simplify complex concepts to make learning fun and accessible
  

• Collaborate with the academic/content team for quality improvement
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of basic programming concepts and logic building
  

• Familiarity with beginner-friendly coding platforms like Scratch
  

• Ability to teach in a simple, engaging, and student-friendly manner
  

• Good communication skills
  

• Basic technical knowledge for online teaching (screen recording, presentations, etc.)
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  

• Prior experience teaching coding to kids or creating educational content
  

• Knowledge of beginner-level programming languages (e.g., Python, Blockly, etc.)
