Job Summary**
VALEO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic PA/Syt Intern to support our teams. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic automotive technology environment, contributing to various projects and learning from experienced professionals.
Job Responsibilities**
- Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Support the Syt (System) team with documentation, data entry, and basic analysis tasks.
- Organize and maintain project files and databases.
- Help in coordinating internal and external communication.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
- Assist with research and information gathering as required.
- Support logistics for team events or workshops.
Job Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic understanding of automotive industry or systems engineering concepts is a plus.
