Job Skills / Requirements

The Concierge and Rover will be responsible for:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and visitors of the high rise commercial properties. (Downtown Chicago Loop)
• Perform site-specific duties, including customer service, lobby and visitor reception, and other assigned tasks.
• Conduct routine security patrols (rover duties) of the property, monitoring for any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor and identify security threats, unsafe conditions, hazards, and emergency situations, reporting them as required.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to security protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security-related responsibilities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and resident concerns.
• Document and report all security incidents, maintenance issues, and observations from patrols.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of exceptional customer experience.
• Preferred residential experience.
• Strong customer service, professionalism skills, and computer skills. 
• ACTIVE PERC Card 
• Basic 20 Hour certificate
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
