Role Description
US Shifts Fixed / WFH
This is a full-time WFH position Analyst(2) / Senior Analyst(2), Group Manager (1) open in Pune. The Group Manager will oversee a team to ensure operational efficiency and excellence in delivering BPO ITES services. Responsibilities include managing team performance, strategizing and implementing process improvements, meeting organizational goals, and maintaining client satisfaction. The role also involves developing strong team dynamics, addressing escalations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Project management and process improvement expertise
- Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution
- Experience in operations management within the BPO or ITES domain
- Knowledge of industry tools, business processes, and service excellence strategies
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in an on-site leadership role, preferably in a similar industry, is a plus
