<strong>What You’ll Do as a General Manager:<br></strong><br>

<strong>Lead a High-Performing Team:</strong> Hire, train, and develop top-performing managers and crew.</li>

<strong>Drive Restaurant Success:</strong> Drive sales, lead daily operations, to ensure consistent performance and profitability.</li>
<li>
<strong>Strengthen Community Ties:</strong> Build strong local connections and lead community engagement initiatives.</li>

<strong>Maintain Operational Excellence:</strong> Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and equipment upkeep.</li>

<strong>Act as a Hands-On Leader:</strong> Lead by example in both the Back of House (BOH) and Front of House (FOH) operations, </li>

<strong>What We’re Looking For:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>
<strong>2–3 years of General Manager experience</strong> in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Drive-thru experience is a big plus!</li>
<li>A motivated, people-focused leader who thrives in high-energy, high-volume settings</li>
<li>A hands-on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front. </li>
<li>A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and “can-do” attitude</li>
<li><strong>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</strong></li>
<li>Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours)</li>
<li>Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights.</li>
