About the Role
Own the business like it’s your startup. This role sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and profitability—driving the P&L for a fast-paced Quick Commerce business. If you love numbers, hustle, and scaling chaos into structure, this one’s for you.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L for categories / regions / business units
- Drive revenue growth + margin expansion through pricing, promotions & assortment strategy
- Build and optimize unit economics (CAC, AOV, contribution margin, delivery cost)
- Partner with Ops, Supply, Marketing & Product to unlock efficiency levers
- Identify and execute growth experiments (discounting, bundling, new categories)
- Lead forecasting, budgeting & performance tracking
- Deep-dive into data → spot gaps → fix fast
- Create dashboards & reports that actually drive decisions (not just vanity metrics)
Qualifications
- 4–8 years in Strategy / Consulting / Category / Growth (preferably Quick Commerce, E-commerce, or Consumer Tech)
- Strong grip on numbers, Excel/Sheets, and data thinking
- Understanding of unit economics & P&L mechanics
- Ability to balance growth vs profitability (and know when to push which)
- Bias for action + comfort with ambiguity
- Hustler mindset with structured thinking
