Job Description
Seeking a highly experienced Operations Delivery Leader to join our team in the P&C Insurance domain – Auto & Others. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations management, delivery, and transformation, with a strong focus on the US and other global markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage large-scale operations, develop innovative solutions, secure significant deals and focus to grow business further.
Primary Skills
Position Purpose and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage delivery operations of p operations for various clients within the Property and Casualty Insurance Domain.
- Lead a team of 200+ FTES and focus to grow further
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions, from account setup to execution.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the bid team, focusing on securing large and strategic deals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, jurisdictions, and new amendments.
- Work on RFP/RFI submissions to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational transformation initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management.
- Strategic/senior level customer engagement
- Impart strategic direction, conceptualize, and drive strategic initiatives, collaborate with other teams and resolve issues.
- Managing P&L of the portfolio.
- Monitor people utilization, grade mix, location mix. Prepare utilization forecasts and identify and drive proactive actions
- Leverage technology to build efficiency and transformation focused
Secondary Skills
Essential skills and experience:
- 20+ years of experience in the P&C Insurance industry, with a minimum of 10-12 years in operations management, delivery, and transformation.
- Proven track record of managing extensive operations and delivering successful solutions.
- Strong understanding of the P&C Insurance industry – Auto & Others.
- Experience working in the US and global markets.
- In-depth knowledge of policies, jurisdiction, and new amendments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements
- Certification in operations management or related fields is a plus.
- Strong people management and development skills
- Result oriented
- Experience of cost / utilization/account of similar size
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Demonstrated transformation and project management experience
- Align focus with leadership and organizational growth
- Experience of significant organizational change management and driving initiatives with multiple function touchpoints / multiple stakeholders
- Education: Graduation in any field
- MBA preferred
