P&G's Fabric Care Creative Studio is the in-house creative engine behind some of North America's most iconic household brands. As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will join a multidisciplinary team of storytellers, digital creatives, packaging designers, and motion artists — crafting impactful content across e-commerce, social media, and web platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for a designer who embraces change, adapts quickly, and is driven to continuously grow skills in digital design and AI-powered workflows. What you will do Design and develop digital assets for e-commerce platforms and social media Translate brand guidelines into highly effective digital designs Optimize creatives for Amazon, Target, Walmart, and DTC websites Collaborate with senior designers, marketers, and brand teams Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high quality Manage and organize design files, libraries, and revisions Explore AI-powered tools to enhance design workflows and ideation Stay current with emerging platforms, digital trends, and best practices Present work and explain design decisions clearly What you bring BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field 2+ years of professional digital design experience (CPG/e-commerce preferred) Strong portfolio across web, e-commerce, and social media assets Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Familiarity with motion tools (After Effects, Premier, Cinema4D) Strong typography, layout, and color theory fundamentals Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple projects Comfort with AI design tools and rapid prototyping Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
