Ozontel Dailler Manager - Haridwar (Onsite)
About The Role
QHT Clinic is looking for a proactive and technically skilled
Dialer Manager to manage and optimize dialer systems, including
Ozonetel and other platforms. The role involves ensuring smooth dialer operations, minimizing downtime, and supporting both onsite and remote teams to maximize calling efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dialer operations across platforms such as Ozonetel.
- Troubleshoot dialer issues for both remote and onsite teams to ensure minimal disruption
- Monitor and optimize dialer performance to improve connectivity and calling efficiency
- Handle dialer setup, integration, configuration, and user access for new employees
- Perform data churn, list management, data uploads, and recycling regularly
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Sales teams for seamless workflow execution
- Work on LeadSquared (LSQ) for lead tracking, mapping, and reporting
- Maintain MIS reports, performance dashboards, and usage logs
- Coordinate with dialer vendors/service providers for issue resolution and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with calling protocols and data security standards
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in dialer management (Ozonetel preferred)
- Strong understanding of dialer systems, call routing, and list management
- Basic knowledge of LeadSquared (LSQ) or similar CRM tools
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues (remote & onsite)
- Flexible to work across shifts as per business requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with API integrations and dialer mapping
- Background in healthcare, clinic operations, or call center/tele-sales
- Knowledge of data segmentation and campaign optimization
