Sales Representative (Home Demo) — OZi

Role Overview
OZi is India's fastest-growing quick commerce platform for baby and kids essentials — delivering 15,000+ products to parents across Delhi-NCR in under 60 minutes. As we grow, we're building a unique in-home demo experience where parents can see, touch, and experience our products before buying.
As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of OZi in customers' homes. When a customer opts for a demo through our app, you'll visit them, walk them through our products, and close the sale on the spot. This is a field + office hybrid role — you'll spend most of your time at our Gurugram office and head out for demos when scheduled.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers' homes in Gurugram when they opt for the in-app demo feature
- Deliver engaging, friendly product demonstrations tailored to the customer's needs — baby care, toys, feeding essentials, apparel, and more
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right products to drive conversions
- Close sales on the spot and ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer
- Maintain daily records of demos conducted, leads visited, and orders generated
- Coordinate with the internal ops and scheduling team to plan demo visits efficiently
- Represent OZi's brand with professionalism and warmth at every customer touchpoint
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles — freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
- Confident, warm, and persuasive communicator — comfortable speaking with parents and families in their homes
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset; incentives are directly tied to orders closed
- Own vehicle (two-wheeler preferred) for travel within Gurugram — strongly preferred
- Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication is a plus
- Female candidates are preferred for this role
