About the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and follow up as needed. Maintain customer interaction records, process customer accounts, and file documents. Stay updated with product knowledge and system changes. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in chat support. Excellent typing speed and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously and work under pressure. Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat tools. Flexibility to work in shifts
