Teaching is at the heart of the Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Summer School programme at Oxford Royale. We are seeking a teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons that introduce students to key areas of business, including entrepreneurship, marketing, economics, and finance. The ideal teacher will inspire students by integrating real-world business case studies, encouraging strategic thinking and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. Lessons should challenge students to think critically, actively participate, and apply theoretical concepts to practical business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons using the Teacher’s Guide, adapting content to suit a diverse group of learners.
• Create interactive and stimulating sessions that introduce students to business fundamentals and advanced concepts.
• Provide constructive feedback, monitor student progress, and tailor learning activities to support individual development.
• Lead practical activities, case studies, and real-world business simulations to enhance student understanding.
• Mark assignments, write student reports, and contribute to academic discussions with fellow staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, complete administrative tasks, and help foster an inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong background in Business or Entrepreneurship, with knowledge of current industry trends.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring students, with a talent for breaking down complex business concepts.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a creative and engaging teaching approach.
• A proactive attitude, keen to contribute ideas and adapt lesson plans to meet student interests.
• Fluency in English and the ability to create an interactive and inclusive classroom environment.
  
  

Position Details:

• Flexible contracts: 2, 4, or 6-week teaching opportunities available between July and mid-August 2025.
• Locations vary: Oxford, Cambridge and London
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–15:30 (some locations may offer shorter hours).
• Training provided: Compulsory online and in-person training before the programme starts.
• Teaching resources available: Core materials provided, with the opportunity to bring your own expertise and creativity into lessons.
  
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a closely related subject.
  
  

Desirable Experience:

• Experience tutoring or teaching business-related subjects to students aged 13–18.
• Master's degree in Business or a closely related subject.
• Professional experience in business, entrepreneurship, or finance.
