Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area as an Owner Relations Coordinator. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, addressing their concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with JadeCaps' services. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations, providing timely updates and performance reports, responding to owner inquiries, and handling contract renewals or negotiations. Additionally, the role requires proactive management of owner expectations and identifying opportunities to enhance value for property owners.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities to handle owner inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Analytical skills for reviewing performance reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordination and organizational skills to manage tasks, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in technology tools, including CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Prior experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Adaptability, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
