Role Description The Owner role at Tiger Analytics in Chennai is a full-time, on-site leadership position responsible for overall business stewardship and strategic growth. The Owner oversees the development and execution of Data & AI programs, ensures alignment with client outcomes, and guides the organization’s long-term vision and market positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, managing senior leadership teams, reviewing key financial and operational metrics, and making decisions that drive sustainable performance and innovation. The role involves nurturing a high-performance culture, building and maintaining client and partner relationships, and representing the organization in key forums and negotiations. The Owner also ensures compliance with relevant regulations, champions ethical AI practices, and supports the development of robust governance frameworks across the business.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and strategic management abilities, including experience setting organizational vision, driving transformation, and guiding executive teams.
- Extensive experience in Data, Analytics, or AI-driven businesses, with a track record of delivering scalable, high-impact solutions for complex business problems.
- Solid background in business operations, finance, and corporate governance, including oversight of budgets, P&L, risk management, and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, partners, boards, and internal teams.
- Proven experience managing multi-location or global teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performance workplace culture.
- Ability to evaluate emerging technologies, shape product and service portfolios, and make informed investment and prioritization decisions.
- Advanced degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent leadership experience in scaling technology or consulting organizations is highly valued.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical, responsible use of Data & AI and adherence to relevant legal and regulatory standards.
