Role Description The Owner at Rotaract ENSETM is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values. This full-time, on-site role in the Greater Bengaluru Area involves leading teams, coordinating programs and events, managing budgets and resources, and cultivating partnerships with local institutions and community organizations. The Owner will set organizational goals, track performance, and implement improvements across projects and initiatives. Responsibilities also include representing Rotaract ENSETM at meetings and public engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant policies, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture. The role requires hands-on involvement in planning, decision-making, problem-solving, and mentoring members to support their growth and contribution.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, projects, or community organizations, with strong decision-making and accountability.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute initiatives, including events, programs, and operational processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, build relationships, and represent the organization effectively.
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and basic financial oversight to ensure sustainable operations.
- Capability to identify challenges, analyze information, and implement practical solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Commitment to community service, ethical conduct, and fostering an inclusive, respectful environment for members and partners.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in management, social work, community development, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior involvement in Rotaract, Rotary, or similar service organizations is an advantage.
