Role Description
The owner plays a critical role in leading the organization to achieve its strategic objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and driving the organization’s long-term vision. The role also involves decision-making on resource allocation, budget management, and identifying opportunities for business growth in line with sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management abilities, including decision-making and team-building skills
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and ecological conservation strategies
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies and operational policies
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience in environmental consulting, licensing, or related sectors is highly beneficial
- Degree in Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
- Commitment to driving sustainability and responsible development initiatives
