Role Description The Product Director is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for defining and driving product strategy for ProHire’s recruitment and HR solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. Day-to-day activities include overseeing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, sales, and technology. The Product Director will analyze market trends and performance data, translate insights into actionable product improvements, and guide teams through the product lifecycle from concept to launch. The role also involves stakeholder communication, risk management, and continuous optimization of product offerings to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in product strategy and product management, with experience building and evolving service-based or SaaS offerings.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop data-informed recommendations.
- Proven team leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring teams and collaborating across functions and levels.
- Solid project management skills to plan, execute, and track product initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Background in HR, recruitment, consulting, or professional services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Product Management) are a plus.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, with strong self-organization and time management skills.
