Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur Nagar, responsible for overall business leadership and decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing operations, managing finances, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Owner will develop and implement business strategies, establish goals, and guide the team toward achieving targets in revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role also involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, as well as handling key negotiations and contracts.
