Role Description The Owner is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, finance, staffing, and customer relationships. This full-time, on-site role in Lucknow involves setting strategic goals, managing budgets, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The Owner will supervise day-to-day activities, coordinate with suppliers and partners, and address customer needs to maintain high service standards. The role includes developing and implementing growth plans, optimizing processes, and making data-informed decisions to improve efficiency and profitability. The Owner will also lead and support team members, foster a positive work environment, and represent the business within the local community.
Qualifications
