Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for the role of Owner at The Spaces Construction / Interior, located in Ahmedabad. The Owner will oversee day-to-day operations, manage projects, lead teams, ensure quality standards, and build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include strategic planning, resource allocation, budgeting, overseeing timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction in alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership, decision-making, and team management skills to oversee projects and guide teams effectively
- Strategic planning, financial management, and budgeting expertise for ensuring project success and operational sustainability
- Experience in construction, interior design, and project management for handling projects from inception to delivery
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management capabilities
- Ability to ensure quality control, adhere to timelines, and manage resources efficiently
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and an understanding of building regulations and safety standards
- Experience in business development and sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
