Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner at Manhattan Talent Marketplace, located in Jammu. The Owner will oversee the overall operations, strategy, and growth of the company. Responsibilities include managing business development initiatives, building client and partner relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the role involves providing leadership and direction to the team to achieve organizational objectives and maintain market competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
- Expertise in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis
- Experience in building and maintaining client and partner relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven experience in leading a business or comparable leadership role in a relevant industry
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience with talent marketplace or a similar business model is a plus
