Role Description The Owner role at Lead With Love in AI Worlds is a full-time, on-site position based in Pedakakani. The Owner will oversee overall strategy, operations, and growth, ensuring that all programs and initiatives reflect the company’s mission of love-driven, technology-enabled leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting organizational goals, managing budgets, guiding program development, and supervising key team members and partners. The Owner will cultivate stakeholder relationships, represent the organization in community and industry forums, and foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous learning. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, making data-informed decisions, and ensuring that coaching, educational resources, and immersive experiences meet high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team guidance, and operational oversight.
- Experience with technology-driven initiatives, data-informed decision making, and innovation in education or coaching environments.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders and communities.
- Demonstrated commitment to values-based, inclusive leadership and the ability to integrate empathy and ethics into business decisions.
- Background in entrepreneurship, organizational development, education, coaching, or a related field; prior ownership or senior executive experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pedakakani and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, mission-driven setting.
