Role Description The Owner role at XcelTec is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Owner will provide strategic leadership, define long-term vision, and oversee business growth initiatives across global markets. Responsibilities include setting organizational goals, guiding technology and product roadmaps, managing key client relationships, and ensuring delivery quality aligned with CMMI Level 5 standards. The role involves overseeing financial performance, resource planning, and high-level operations, while supporting senior leaders in sales, marketing, delivery, and innovation. The Owner will also represent the company in strategic partnerships, industry events, and stakeholder meetings, fostering a culture of excellence, ethics, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in technology, software development, or IT services, with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and organizational management skills, including experience driving growth in global markets.
- Sound understanding of software development lifecycles, quality frameworks (preferably CMMI or similar), and modern digital technologies such as AI, cloud, mobile, and web solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to ensure sustainable and profitable operations.
- Ability to foster an innovation-driven, inclusive, and high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s mission and values.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Management, or a related field; entrepreneurial experience or prior ownership/ CXO-level role is highly beneficial.
